Full Day Charter
Your full day tour (6 ish hours) will be a more relaxed and targeted approach to your day’s fishing.
We will meet at one of two entry points on the river (public jetty/Chinderah tavern or Tumbulgum boat ramp) from 7am (Times on the day will be determined by weather and tides) from there we will explore vast areas of the Tweed river targeting numerous species of fish using several tactics and techniques proven to be successful in the Tweed river.
They include shallow water jigging, soft and hard vibes along the shallow mud and sandflats. Deep water jigging the deep holes and volcanic craters scattered throughout the river.Trolling hard body lures along the rock walls and rock bars and hidden underwater timber forests for Mangrove Jack, Jewfish, Trevally, Cod, Tailor and so many other species we could encounter along the way.
You just never know what you’re going to get!
All equipment,lures,fishing licenses are included and water and soft drinks are available on board.
